Orders & delivery

Every rug is made to order and arrives in three to six weeks. Delivery is complimentary worldwide, with duties and tariffs included — the price you see is the price you pay. See How It Works.

Sizing

Choose from our standard sizes, or commission any dimension. Our Rug Size Guide walks through proportion room by room.

Returns

Standard sizes may be returned within thirty days, unused and in their original condition. Custom and bespoke commissions are final sale. Full terms appear in our Refund Policy at checkout.

Care
