Returns & Exchanges

We hold ourselves to a standard of excellence, and we want you to feel entirely confident in your commission. Should your piece not settle into your home as you envisioned, we are here to assist.

Our Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To remain eligible, the piece must be in its original condition—unused, with all tags intact, and housed in its original packaging. Please have your proof of purchase available.

Initiating a Return

To begin the process, please contact our team at info@aritzastudio.com. Once your request is reviewed and accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for the transit. Please note that for the protection of our pieces, items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damages & Discrepancies

We ask that you inspect your order upon arrival. Should you find any defect, damage, or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we may evaluate the issue and resolve it with the urgency it deserves.

Exceptions

Please note that sale items and gift cards are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. Bespoke and custom-sized commissions, created specifically to your unique specifications, are also final sale.

Exchanges

To secure a new piece as efficiently as possible, we recommend returning your existing item and placing a new commission for the desired piece separately.

EU Cooling-Off Period

For our clients within the European Union, you maintain the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the item remains in its original, unused condition.

Refunds Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the funds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that processing times vary by financial institution. If 15 business days have passed since our approval and you have not received your credit, please reach out to us at info@aritzastudio.com.
