An exploration of form and topography, this rug reimagines the cartographic silhouette of Brazil as an exercise in sculptural minimalism.
Crafted with a monochromatic focus, the piece relies on the interplay of texture rather than color to command attention. The plush, single-tone base acts as a canvas for intricate, hand-carved channels that traverse the surface like ancient riverbeds, evoking the organic, rhythmic flow of natural landscapes.
Stripped of ornamentation for a cleaner, more architectural profile, the design achieves a profound sense of equilibrium. It is a study in shadow and depth, where the varying pile heights create a tactile narrative that is both sophisticated and serene.
We begin each rug only after you order it; it reaches you in three to six weeks. Delivery is ours to cover, anywhere in the world — customs and import charges included.
